7.2 COPPA Compliance

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 through our website or online forms without verifiable parental consent. Our website is not directed to children and we do not market to children online. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without proper consent, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.

7.4 Photos & Media of Minors

We may photograph or record minors during classes, events, or belt tests for use in marketing, social media, or our website, subject to parental/guardian consent obtained at enrollment. Parents who do not consent must submit a written opt-out at the time of enrollment. We will never publish images of minors in a way that reveals personally identifiable information without explicit parental consent.

08

8.1 Access & Correction

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 10.
